By creating an account, playing the game, or otherwise using Noirdle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Noirdle is a free-to-play daily geography puzzle game where users identify cities from map images. The Service includes:

• Daily map puzzles featuring cities from around the world
• Interactive map navigation and exploration
• Statistics tracking and progress monitoring
• Social sharing features
• Advertising-supported gameplay

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using Noirdle, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances.

Map data is provided by third-party services and is subject to their respective terms and licenses.

While Noirdle currently does not support user-generated content, any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Service become our property. We may use such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
